Just a fantastic consummate safari experience for our multi-generational group!

This was our first safari experience and it exceeded our wildest expectations! We came with a group of six, including my son, and my father. The wide age range of our group made me a bit apprehensive prior to the trip. The guides; Keith and Diff as well as the tracker; Suprise went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. They showed us ALL the ‘big five’ within 24 hours of our arrival on property!

One of our favourite places in Africa!

This was our third visit to Inyati in the last 8 years and it didn’t disappoint! The welcome was warm.The game drives were fabulous …it’s amazing how close we were to leopards, lions and elephant! The setting is terrific with an amazing view from the terrace of the lodge!

With so many top ratings, the question is whether it makes any sense to add another one to them. We stayed at Inyati Lodge for 6 nights in mid-September. As for many guests before, this is still a top accommodation. The entire staff lives hospitality and helpfulness, which is unfortunately hardly found in Germany anymore, a courteousness in all areas…

Great lodge on the river with plenty of animal sightings

What a magical place. It was our first lodge on a multiple week safari and it was perfect. Room was good size, clean, full amenities, large bathroom area and outdoor shower. The common areas were just like the pictures, great food and meals, Fun bar. Most importantly the staff was great, specifically our guide Roger. We saw so many animals and he was very knowledgeable. Trip of a lifetime and the Inyati team made every moment count.

Unforgettable Experience all around

Staying at the Inyati Game Lodge gets you fully immersed in the Sabi Sands private game reserve from the moment you arrive. An elephant hanging out between the lodges during the day, a rhino behind our lodge in the evening. These are just a few examples that make you realize that you are a guest to the wilderness. Many wild animals cross the property. The staff takes all precaution to ensure you are safe, which includes not walking on the property alone in the dark. And we never felt unsafe. Immediately after our last visit to Inyati in 2023, we booked our next visit, as we had such a wonderful time, and we couldn’t wait to return! And unlike last year, where we stayed at multiple lodges, this time, we only stayed at Inyati, as they set the gold standard, and we were certainly not disappointed! This lodge offers the perfect combination of a world class safari experience with professional, attentive staff, a gorgeous, modern lodge, well appointed and large chalets, with first class food and beverage options…

Dear future visitors of Inyati game lodge, let us paint you a picture of our stay. Arriving to the most beautiful view over the Sabi Sands River, we were welcomed by Cecilia and Reason, with a nice welcome drink and brought to our room. From here on the experience only got better and better by the hour. We had the absolute pleasure of being matched with Joel and Omega. Once in a lifetime experience

We have sadly just left Inyati after the most amazing unforgettable 4 days of seeing every possible animal and bird Sabie Sands has to offer. Our room was super comfy, the staff very friendly and helpful and every meal was delicious. Lots of variety and choices to please all palates. Our guide Rodger and tracker Qolani were absolutely top class. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experiences. So close to the lions and leopards who seemed oblivious to us humans! It truly was the most fabulous time.

Most Educative Experience - A must for all to understand, respect, value and appreciate nature

I have travelled the world and stayed in the fanciest of hotels – but I have never come across such excellent housekeeping and turn-down service as I experienced at Inyati Game Lodge. Inyati management and staff are most systematic, practical, kind, friendly, and highly professional. The food was excellent, healthy, and delicious, and never was anything ever repeated in the 11 meals I had there. The Ranger Omega Godi and our tracker Joel were by far the best pair at Inyati and their knowledge was just fascinating!

A 5-star lodge that fully deserves this rating. Everything is really top-notch. The location right on the river, the high-quality furnishings of the accommodation, the excellent food and the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Goodman, as head of the restaurant, stood out in a positive way with his friendliness and competence. Exceeded expectations

Everything about our 3 nights at Inyati exceeded expectations: the serenity of the property, the accommodations, the food, the professionalism of our tracker and guide, the variety of animals we saw at close range, the animal behavior we learned about from dung beetles to elephants…all was excellent. We moved to a different lodge after three nights and we wished we had stayed at Inyati instead.

Most wonderful experience

An absolute amazing experience at Inyati. Our first Safari and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. All the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The rooms were lovely and we were very well looked after. Great food. Roger and Quolani were the best, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them and they are so knowledgeable and explained everything to us and made sure we got to see everything. I would 100% recommend Inyati. Thanks for making our stay so special.

Stuff of dreams

This is a really special place. Views from the lodge are incredible. Game drives were luxurious: hot water bottles in the morning to keep warm, not overcrowded, experienced trackers and guides, luxury seats in the vehicle. Guide George is a celebrity of the area, and we can understand why: he is so knowledgeable of the area and the animals, and went out of his way to follow a leopard through thick bush. So amazing. Tracker Solly was excellent. The food and drink were outstanding…

Luxury lodge amongst the animals!

A beautiful luxury lodge. The rooms were beautiful and ultra comfortable. The wifi was excellent, the staff professional and the food plentiful and amazing. We stayed two nights and saw all of the big 5 (and more!) at least twice. All of the little touches were there – hot water bottles in your bed, lots of sweet and savoury treats and bed time stories! Small tip – the road driving into the resort is a little bumpy and so I would recommend hiring an SUV not a car to get there. A very easy drive from Kruger / airport. An impeccably well run resort of true luxury in an amazing abundant animal location. Thank you for having us!
